Horse Gram (Kulthi)

Horse Gram is a variety of beans generally used in many South Indian dishes. It is a reddish oval-shaped, brown colored, flattened and glossy skinned lentil. The edible seeds are very nutritious and are used for multiple cooking purposes. It is a storehouse of protein, folic acid, vitamins and minerals.
